healthy veg burger recipe

I've had a few requests to put up the measurements for the burgers in my latest 'what I ate today' video, so here it is!
Ingredients:
1 bunch broccolini (just the tops)
1 carrot grated
½ medium sweet potato grated
1 zucchini grated
1 can (400g) chickpeas rinsed
1 can (400g) kidney beans rinsed
½ cup plain flour
Juice of 1 lemon
Approx. 1 tbsp Mixed Indian spices, ½ tsp Chilli, ½ tsp Turmeric

1 can (400g) chickpeas rinsed
1 can (400g) kidney beans rinsed
½ cup plain flour
Juice of 1 lemon
Approx. 1 tbsp Mixed Indian spices, ½ tsp Chilli, ½ tsp Turmeric
Mash the beans with a fork and combine with other ingredients. Add spices to taste and mix well. Form balls of mixture and press down on grease proof paper. Place in oven at 200 degrees (Celsius) and bake until golden. Should make about 8 patties!
So easy! And these are just as delicious on their own for lunches the next day! Oil, salt and cruelty free!
